Interview
The hiring process can take a couple months with a few tests to take along the way. Then you will be communicated with through email and told which steps to take and an interview dare if you passed all tests. Once at the interview you are put in a room with like 100 other people aND one by one brought in with postmaster. As imagined it took a while. Once in with the posaster he asked normal interview questions about past jobs, tell me about yourself, things like that. He took my I'd and social to copy and that was the end of that. I heard back in about a week or two that I was hired and would start training that following Monday.
I never had an interview I went to get my fingerprints done and they informed me that someone would get back to me to schedule me for academy. Academy lasted one week and was largely useless.

Interview
The interview was very short, not really much of an interview at all, actually. Moreso just to check if I had a pulse and was breathing. I could tell it was just to get a body in the room.

Interview
It was an easy one on one interview. Asked basic questions. Will use scare tactics on you during interview. Post Master was really nice but i felt like it was just a facade. All in all, it was a very very good experience.
