I applied in-person. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
I applied about a month ago & was told to go take an online assessment. no need to study for you, just do the best you can. About a month later I recieved an email saying I had an interview. The interview was not really an interview. Multiple people were part of the interview. During the "interview", all the candidates were instructed to fill out tons of paperwork. within the paperwork there were typical interview questions to be answered but instead of answering out loud you were instructed to write your responses on the paper. Very laid back atmosphere
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
