There were 2 online tests. One you could do at home and was a personality test. The other you had to do at a third-party testing center. It was a test of your ability to find errors in addresses and remember letter carrier routes. There was also a urine test. The in-person interview process consisted of the postal service meeting you to see if you were a living, breathing, human.
