Interview
I put an application in online with several post offices for the same position. After about two months, I got a phone call from a postmaster saying he wanted to interview. I went in to the interview that had a couple other applicants there. The postmaster didn't say a whole lot; just that there isn't any guarantee of hours. he walked us around the post office and showed us the vehicles. Finally after the tour, one person decided she didn't want to continue. I went into his office, answered his questions, and he said he'd pass my name onto upper management, who would then run my background check and decide if the should hire me. About a month later, I got another call from the post office asking me to come in that day to sign some paperwork. A couple of days later, I had to go in again THAT DAY to sign some more paperwork.
I never had an interview I went to get my fingerprints done and they informed me that someone would get back to me to schedule me for academy. Academy lasted one week and was largely useless.

Interview
The interview was very short, not really much of an interview at all, actually. Moreso just to check if I had a pulse and was breathing. I could tell it was just to get a body in the room.

Interview
It was an easy one on one interview. Asked basic questions. Will use scare tactics on you during interview. Post Master was really nice but i felt like it was just a facade. All in all, it was a very very good experience.
