I applied for the Information Technology Specialist (NETWORK) on June 8th. June 31st I was referred to hiring manager, then received a disposition letter stating I wasn't selected on July 13th. Only to receive a email for interview request on July 16th. I was told it was going to be a over the phone "very standard" interview and it was not. There was a panel of 4 people and a total of 16 questions, very gruesome and in-depth. It felt like one of those interviews that you would have to study for. Even when you answer the question they want you to elaborate but will still try to rush you through the answer.
