Interview
The position I applied for was a C# developer. Interview was with department head and lead developer, fairly easy questions. I received an offer and accepted, but the position is vastly different from what I interviewed for and what I thought I was accepting. Very disappointing.

Can you work well with little to no direction from your manager?
There was a teams meeting with 3 managers where they just ask you about your experiences. After, they do an in-person where they essentially just tell you day to day and don't really ask much. After that, I was hired.

They didn't ask for any white board questions, since you will be learning their own scripting language. Most of the questions were related to your classes and experiences from school and about yourself as a developer/professional.
