Very unorganized, mildly unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I was interviewed by two people at once and it was very haphazard and all over the place. It seemed like the first time they had interviewed someone for the position. I was even told "you need to be able to come and prove yourself in the first few months so we don't have to let you go" I realize it is a small company but they had no organization or even a plan for the interview and their questions were very surface level. I was not offered the position but I wouldn't have accepted anyways.
