Thirty people show up and listen to a presentation by the CEO and have their resumes. Then they go in and meet with him one on one. He picks about 7 out of the 25 to come back for a second interview. That is 7 out of two groups of 25 (50 total). At the second interview, he asks a few questions and then offers they job.

Easy interview people were very nice. Explained a good bit on who they were and how they operated. They said they provided tons of bonus a year and compensation. 100% commission I believe as well.
