First interview was great. Easy conversation and answered my questions well. I felt like the questions asked were appropriate to the roll. I have not received feedback yet, but I am looking forward to it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at USI Insurance Services (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Very tedious. They will drag you along for numerous interviews and act as if they are customizing a good fit and book of business for you to manage but in reality they are extremely unorganized and do not know what they are doing. They also have remote listed in the job titles, but fully expect you to travel and fly out every month. The expectations are extremely unrealistic and they will lead you on. Do not waste time with this company. Also anticipate on performing a very long assessment that has absolutely nothing to do with insurance, any information in the job description, or any function the business. For example, one of the questions will ask you to identify the next sequence of patterns and puzzles to test your ability on pattern recognition. Do not waste your time here as an insurance professional and look elsewhere.
