Firstly, I want to mention I am absolutely happy for whoever was extended an offer. With that said, I am disappointed with their archaic bureaucratic job process. The process from start to finish dragged out over two months, with long gaps between interviews and minimal communication unless I followed up myself. I was told I’d hear from HR within a specific timeframe and I didn’t. In the end, I only found out I wasn’t selected because I reached out. Even then, I was told I “should’ve received an email,” which I never did. What stood out most was the clear disconnect between HR and the hiring team. It felt like I was the one keeping the process moving, which isn’t how it should be. All candidates deserve clear timelines, transparency, and basic respect for their time. I hope they make improvements in the future, because this kind of experience reflects poorly on an institution that is said to be reputable.
