Interview
Several interviews with people from research group. Usually you’re first interviewed by Principal investigator, the lab people and then other PIs. Finally the department chair.
You prepare a short presentation in person or online and then can meet the people in person or individually virtual meetings.
Nice environment and collaborations.

Interview
I met with nearly everybody on the team and they could not have been nicer. The head of the team even offered to help me with my parking, there didn't seem to be a hierarchy and I appreciated that.
