Interview
I recently had a disappointing interview experience with UT Health Houston. From start to finish the process left much to be desired. During the interview itself, the interviewer seemed disinterested and unprepared. They asked generic questions from a script and didn't engaged in a y meaningful conversation. It felt more like a formality rather than a genuine attempt to get to know me as a candidate. The interview Ran significantly shorter then e pected, which gave me the impression that they were rushing through it, left me feeling undervalued and unimportant as a candidate. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.
