I went through the full interview process with UVeye, investing significant time and effort across multiple stages, including speaking with various members of the team. While the conversations were promising and the role seemed aligned with my background, I was ultimately left with a disappointing experience: complete silence from the team after the final round. Despite follow-ups and the amount of transparency I offered throughout the process, I never received a formal update or closure. Being ghosted after such an extensive process shows a lack of basic professional courtesy and respect for candidates' time. Companies often talk about valuing people, communication, and culture, but how you treat candidates is a direct reflection of that. I hope UVeye reflects on its hiring practices and improves how it engages with future applicants.
