Interview
The interview went well. I met with the unit manager and two CNS's. They asked basic questions and nothing too difficult. I ended up not getting a position, which was dissappointing, but what was more frustrating was the fact that HR took way longer than expected. I ended up having to call them a ton of times before anyone got back to me. They had no constructuve feedback and all they could say was "we loved you and there was nothing you could do better we just dont have the number of positions".

You first apply with your application, resume, goal statement, and current unofficial transcript of grades. Then they send you an email and you have to enter 4 references and they send an email to them and they have to fill out a survey and rate you. Then there is a phone interview where they discuss the program, ask 5 interview questions, and the units you want to work on. They then schedule you a interview with a certain unit

It was okay, everyone was super friendly. First, there is a screening with a recruiter and then an interview with the unit manager. I was able to hear back for a job a week or two after it.
