Made it to the final interview loop which consisted of six different interviews over two days. I had a call with the recruiter three weeks after this where they went over my feedback and said it was positive across the board and that they were interviewing one more candidate before making a final decision. It’s been three weeks since that feedback call and I have heard nothing after multiple follow ups. I’m really disappointed that I was ghosted and honestly I feel like I would’ve preferred being rejected instead of being strung along for so long after they made it seem like I had a good chance.
