I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Berkeley, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
They discriminated against me after promising me an interview, then once starting the video interview, chose to reschedule and ghosted me. I’m filing a complaint with the EEOC and a connection I have to Buzzfeed, as I do believe this was due to race since they stopped the interview and lied to say they’d reschedule due to tech issues. They hired someone else instead!
Don’t bother unless you’re white and privileged - they won’t hire you.
Online assessment, recruiter screening, HM behavioral round, panel interview with case study. Pretty standard process
Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round
I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (New York, NY)
Interview
After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Tell us about a challenging deal you negotiated. How did you create value for both parties and what was the impact on your organization’s bottom line?
