I started off with a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I got scheduled for a panel interview with the hiring managers. It was a great conversation and upon hearing back, they even provided feedback related to my current skillset and the areas I could improve in.

I was referred by my friend and a week later an HR specialist sent me an email asking for my availability for dates and times. I immediately emailed back all my options, but there was no response. A week later I wrote again to see if they had received my email, but there was still no response. It was a horrible way to handle the process, you could always just politely write back "Sorry, we already found the person for this position" instead of just ignoring the letters. And I recently learned a detail from the person who recommended me - on the platform where she referred me it was showing that I myself withdrew my candidacy. Very interesting situation.
