Should work more on their structure and respect interviewees - ignoring emails is not a great way to handle or respect people who showed interests in your company.
Despite a great company as it is, this has ruined my total good feelings on them.
Screening Interview with recruiter, then followed by 1 on 1 with hiring manager. Then 3 Business interviews with case study presentation. Long process and multiple rounds are quite draining. However good communication during the process so good process overall
