El proceso es extenuante y demasiado largo. Dura alrededor de 2 meses y los reclutadores tardan días o semanas en contestar preguntas. En teoría deberían de ser 2 entrevistas (reclutador y hiring manager) y la elaboración y presentación de un caso de negocio; pero cada área tiene el proceso que quiere.
