I did not receive an offer. Overall the process was smooth but I did not receive feedback and I always find it surprising that companies ask candidates to prepare so much work in advance for an interview

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
