One of the worst interview experiences ever!! The whole process took 3.5 months. I interviewed with Uber Freight at the Frisco, TX location which is Transplace. After the initial screening, the recruiter set up a round with a senior PM in a parallel team. After clearing that round, I was informed that the team does not know how many rounds of interviews they want to do and it will take them some time to agree on it. After a couple of weeks, they told me there were going to be 6 more rounds of interviews including product jam and panel interviews. After the final interviews, they still took 1 month and I told them I had another offer before they could make a decision. Overall, this team was very unorganized and they did not seem to reach a decision on even small things very easily. That aligns with the other Glassdoor reviews for Uber Freight. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process and was equally frustrated with this team. However, he did not give me any feedback on why I did not receive any offer from them.
