First two rounds were fine and standard with questions relevant to the position (how have you launched products in the past, tell me how you’ve built dashboards, worked cross functionally etc.) but the third round was a complete dumpster fire. The interviewer, who wasn’t even on the team I was interviewing for, grilled me about topics unrelated to the position and continuously cut me off as I tried to answer. For a 30 minute interview, she came late and spent 9 minutes rambling about her team that was completely unrelated to mine. No personal introduction on her end and didn’t ask to hear about my background. Asked questions in rapid fire without clear intentionality. Didn’t ask me if I had any questions for her until 1 minute after the interview timeframe ended. Clearly was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on a candidate.
