You go through 3 rounds of interview which include an online assessment and a business case presentation. First one with the recruiter where motivational and background work experience questions were asked. This was followed by an online assessment which includes questions that are meant to test your technical knowledge in SQL and data analytical skills given a dataset and practical business problems. There was a tight time constraint which made me rush answering the exam. After passing it, I was given a business case which I prepared a ppt for and this was presented to my hiring manager in the 2nd interview. The manager gave feedback to my presentation and recommended improvements if I make it to the final round. Apart from that, the hiring manager also probed into my work experience as an analyst and what tools I had familiarity with. In the final round, I presented to a panel which Included the hiring manager, the skip manager, and a senior analyst from the team. There were questions about the presentation itself but not as much as in the 2nd round. This final interview was rather easy and more casual.

Interview was a 3-month long process. It started off really well and seemed like they were moving along fast. I had a recruiter interview, followed by a coding assessment. Then I had some home exercises about data analysis, and then 3 other interviews with 4 different people.
