I received an automated email stating, "We’re excited to confirm that you are moving forward in the hiring process - congrats! As a reminder, please complete the following online assessment." However, after completing the assessment, I never heard back from Uber. There was no follow-up phone screen, nor was there any contact information provided for next steps.

El caso es un caso real de negocio, incluso de los retos que ese equipo estaba enfrentando en ese momento, me imagino que lo hacen para evaluar al candidato y tener ideas adicionales para solventar sus problemas

Un proceso demasiado largo (no en tiempo sino en fases, que fueron 7), con entrevistas con RRHH, manager, compañeros del equipo, , bussiness case, panel, etc.
Cuando una invierte tanto tiempo y esfuerzo en un proceso, espera recibir al final algo más que un email automático de rechazo.
