The process was a bit long as it was over the holidays. However, the recruiter kept me updated every step of the way. I made it to the final round and didn't get an offer. Recruiter was helpful with feedback.
Had an interview for a senior program mgr role, was told they needed someone senior who requires least management and onboarding. All good so far...then got rejected for the next round saying 'you're too good for this role' . I'm still wondering what it means
