A few cautionary notes from my own experience: (1) the previous reviews saying that salaries are high by industry standards are no longer applicable--I was told that Ubiquiti was no longer hiring from the Bay Area nor paying Bay Area salaries to people not in the Bay Area (regardless of whatever value they bring to the company); (2) I was upfront on my first phone screen about my current salary. Then I was brought out for a face-to-face interview (sandwiched between 2 full days of air travel), and then told 2 days later that I was being offered a position... at 60% of my current salary. Moral of the story: if you don't want to have your time wasted, ascertain the salary range of the job in question before you spend significant effort pursuing a job with Ubiquiti.
