I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Buford, GA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied for the position online and within 24 hours, I received a phone call to set up an interview. Before the first interview, you had to complete 4 online assessments and fill out the application form to bring in with you. I did not find these assessments meaningful, nor do I believe they helped/hurt with the interview process. FYI - they are lengthy!
First interview - there was myself and 3 other candidates. We all took a numbers assessment test (pattern/matching) and then they called us back individually. The interview was with HR and they ask you standard questions that they are reading from a piece of paper. After the interview, they called within 24 hours to set up a second interview.
Second interview - This interview was with two current Warehouse Managers. They asked questions from my application and from their experience. After they were finished with all of their questions, they asked if I had any questions (MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE QUESTIONS TO ASK THEM - it looks good. I asked how long they've worked for ULINE). Afterwards, they took me on a tour of the warehouse. When we got back into the room, they wanted to have me meet with their boss.
Third interview - Pretty much the same questions as the second interview, but instead, this was one-on-one.
After my third interview, I received a phone call a week later offering me the position.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Uline (Lacey, WA) in May 2026
Interview
Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.
