Two days after I applied, I received a rejection email. Two days after that I got a call from the recruiter to schedule an interview. Took some tests at the first interview and met with a recruiter that asked some basic questions abut my experience and resume. Took about 20 minutes in total. A couple of weeks later I received a call for a second interview. Met with some associates in the department and the existing VP of Creative Services. Very professional and had very good information about the position. Said they wanted me to come back later in the week or next for another interview but it never materialized.
