I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
Had to take several tests (personality/numbers/writing/situational) and had a phone interview and an in person interview. In person interview was at Corporate and formal - if you're a girl wear a dress/ skirt combo, pant suits aren't big here. Personality tests are big because they're looking to see if you're the right fit for the company don't stress if you're not, they're looking out for both of your self interests in that case.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
It was fine. Had to take two numeric based tests, both of which were timed. After that, the HR manager that interviewed me came in and was very kind. Did not end up getting the offer..
