interviewed by other employees. i did not like that. also, found out that uline is a very unfair employer as far as getting hired in there. if i had known that prior to all the time i wasted trying to get in to the company i would never have even tried or possibly tried but then reported them to the state.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in Jul 2026
Interview
You’ll need to print out a paper application and complete it before arriving or arrive 15 minutes prior to your interview to complete one. Next you’ll take two assessments that are cognitive. My final step was speaking with a recruiter. I was told if I was selected I’d be invited back to your the facility.
I was allowed a virtual interview accommodation due to being in the process of relocating and trying to secure employment before moving forward. Interview went well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter by the end of the week but once the end of the week came I received an automated email stating the company was moving forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have and how will it apply to a position with Uline.
Interview system is good but not asking specific related about past experience and interviewer just talking about company's performance rather than the position. For me it was kind of waste of time to give 2 pre-assesssment and then interview.
