Interview
I had a District Manager discovered me on LinkedIn. He said he liked my experience and we set up a time to talk. He was very professional. Seemed like we got along very well. Here's the weird part: he set me up with a recruiter. Usually it's the other way around where you apply, then a recruiter reaches out to you. Then if the interview goes well, you meet the District Manager. Well, the recruiter I talked to was very Mono tone. Didn't introduce herself and didn't know what she was talking about. Keep in mind, the DM contacted me first and liked my 7 years of experience. I am very over qualified for the position I applied for. Anyways, the recruiter interview lasted for 40 mins. In the end, the District Manager liked me but the recruiter didn't. They made me do a 40 min assessment which was very elementary. I aced it. In the end, it was a bad experience. I should of read the other negative reviews on here and not wasted my time.

Interview
there are three tests, a math test, written personality test, and an interview as a group. The personality test should be answered not as your everyday personality at home but as your work persona, so if you are easy going with your friends it may come off as being lazy in the context of your work persona.
Easy going, light overview of position. I passed all pre-interview tests, which was how you make it to interview stage. Interview went well and was positive. Vague ending to interview.
