I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Gurnee, IL)
Interview
Ridiculous process - a bunch of tests before the actual interviews. The interviews were enlightening on the actual job responsibilities. Uline's use of the "Tax Analyst" title is a bit misleading. You don't actually need any prior accounting experience since it is a customer service oriented position more than an accounting position. The interviewers ask the typical questions, nothing too crazy. The interviewers "worked their way up" to the Tax Analyst positions with limited formal accounting background, so keep that in mind when going in for an interview. They took almost two months to respond back. I didn't get it but thankfully, an actual accounting role came through.
