Dont' Apply! Its a waste of your time.
I went in there and did really well for the interview. I know for a fact that I was over qualified just coming out of college, and I already had a couple of job offers before I went in for the ULINE management trainee interview. Keeping your options open is always a good thing.
This interview was very professional, with two managers, and the questions were not very hard. The thing is that I feel like this position is a scam, and that I dos not exist and YOU SHOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT APPLY.
If they turned me away and everyone else who applied to the same position, and it is constantly blasted out there that its available, isn't that an indicator that its not real? all the reviews on here about this position are true. They all point one way: don't bother applying because its a waste of time to go through the process for a position that is phony.
When I was asking questions to one of the managers, he seemed NERVOUS, shouldn't I have been the nervous one? This was a big red flag, but I still proceeded forward and killed the interview. Please don't waste your time. It is unethical for this company to bring people in for NO REASON in accordance to all the reviews I see on here. No job offer.

The ad said management trainee, but it's just a labor job. Total bait and switch. HR person said that everyone working there started by doing years of labor. I asked her if she did. She said no. I walked. Waste of time.

Are you okay with working on the production line for 18 months?
First round was about 30-40 minutes with a Human Resources manager. I was called for a second round and was interviewed by 3 different individuals part of the warehouse management team. I was there for about 2 hours and they included a quick tour of the warehouse.
