First got phone interview with a recruiter, then she invited me for onsite interview with their hr, before that, she sent me an assessment to complete on line before coming for the onsite interview. when i got there, they have me take another number and word letter kind of test for 4 minutes each, after that, i was called in for interview that lasted for 18 minutes , they guy was alright and young he seems to look like he already made up his mind before interviewing me.
