Interview
I received a call to set up initial interview just a day or two after applying. Before the first interview, I had to take four different assessments. I felt like the interview went really well. The recruiter was very kind and it felt more like a conversation versus an interview. Following the interview, I had to take two more assessments.
I don’t know what the future holds...as far as making it to the next rounds, but I left the interview feeling hopeful that I might be a good fit. It sounds like a great company to work for and if given the opportunity, most never leave! So...if you’re reading this, say a little prayer for me.😉. I would definitely consider myself lucky to get the job with Uline.
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
