I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
I was reached out by an in-house recruiter. They were accommodating about getting my interview in early. First interview process came with two numbers assessments. Interviewer seemed disinterested at first, but got better. Received a call for a second interview with managers. Met with each one individually and thought they went very well.
Because all potential hires go through the president, they said it'd take a couple weeks to hear back. Ended up taking exactly two weeks, but after me emailing a follow up and receiving a response that I did not, in fact, get the job.
