I was asked to complete 4 different assessments regarding office skills... even before talking about the role and the company. If I don't know if I'm really interested in the job, why I would invest 3 hours to talk about my "office" skills? On the other hand, I consider that kind of assessment completely unnecessary when you are talking about a Mid-level role. I think the interview process tells you a lot about the company and this process seems a bit archaic. Moronic Office skills tests that take 3 hours of your time before you even get to talk to a hiring decision maker
