Straight forward. Ask about me then asked about my programming experience.
Asked mostly about my experience in an agile workplace and my knowledge on data structures.
Very basic question but it seems they want experience.

Started with an HR call and asked basic behavioral questions. Next step was a call with a Senior Software Developer that asked technical questions but no coding related questions. Last step was an in person interview at Uline HQ and was about 2 hours with interview with Software Developers and HR. Was a mix of a bunch of technical questions, but no direct coding questions

Went over describing myself, work history, and why I wanted to apply to the company. They ask questions based on your resume. Was required to take 4 different online assessments before the interview date.

Interview
Interview consisted of random tests to complete before the interview not related to the IT role. It seemed like a waste of time just to have an interviewer ask me about my visa status when it is obviously included in the application. It seemed rude to ask and the the lady was questioning everything about my resume unsure of why she even called me in.
