I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uline (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
First had to take 2 basic aptitude test, which were both very easy. They really just check your attention to detail. After that i was asked 8-12 basic interview questions from a sheet. They asked why I wanted to work here, tell me about a conflict you've had at work, where so you see yourself in 5 years. Then after a month a got a call from HR inviting me for a second interview. This one was on Teams, and it was more job specific. Asking if i had been used to working with subordinates, or if i had worked with metrics before, or how I would handel being the boss of people older than me. Then after a month later they called and offered me a position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in Dec 2022
Interview
3 hour long interview. Many many questions I interviewed with 5 different people. They spoke to me as if I already got the job but they ended up rejecting my application
