The interview process was performed in bulk at an Uline hiring event. The actual process itself was coherent, however their aptitude test was unreasonably timed and you have no idea who you are meeting with for your “one on one” interview. Meaning, a regular employee with no interviewing or hiring credentials makes or breaks your opportunity to qualify for a job. No notes are taken and no recordings are done of the interview before “presenting a biased opinion to HR.” They say they are hiring for several positions (warehouse & office), from all walks of life and no experience needed. Yet, the administrator was questioned on the number of hires the company was seeking, and the response was “not many”. It seems this company is only taking a census on who is on the job market and spewing several lies as to actually needing hires. Things seem to be in tip-top order, however the company truly only wants to hire bottom dollar individuals and uses extremely “cheap” practices for finding and hiring talent. Just another company saying they are short on staff due to 2020 Covid, but is truly just trying to save a penny by willingly not making the investment into high performing individuals.
