I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2022
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me and then scheduled my first interview with the Manager two weeks later. On the day of the interview the Manager called me late and then cut short the interview because he had another meeting to go to. He did not take the time to get to know me as well as if I am the most suitable candidate for the job. It was a very poor interview and I guess that he is jumping over good candidates to find the one that he thinks is perfect and then have to do the same all over again.

Had a video interview with HR. No obvious red flags, was told I'd get a followup that week but never did. They want you in the office one day a week as outside sales.

Interview
In person interview, with long tests before. Easy tests but honestly pointless. Then interview with typical questions along with more easy tests while there. Then second interview that was pretty much like the first but with different people. Had to take excel tests before the second interview, then didn’t hear back. Was an easy interview but very unnecessary process
They did several diagnostic tests and asked if why you want to work there. This included questions with numbers and pattern identification. This was a written test. Although not that difficult, it was a bit strange.
