I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (New York, NY)
Interview
First there is a phone interview about 30 minutes long to explain the role and for them to get to know your background. If you get moved on to the next stage they'll invite you to the office. At the office the first step is to complete a written assessment were you will do some basic math and identify patterns as quickly as possible as there is a time limit. Then you interview with the Sales trainer and the person who would be your direct supervisor. If they like you then they'll have you interview with the higher ups one at a time. Those would be the Regional Sales manager followed by the director of sales and then the VP of Sales. The whole interview process lasted 4 hours for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions are based more around your background and why you think you'll be a good fit for the position
Fue bueno, las personas que me han entrevistado han sido amables y profesionales, dándole seguimiento constante a mi postulación y manteniéndome informado, pero siento que ha sido un poco lento el proceso, algo más de lo necesario
It was pretty standard. I had to fill out some questions and I also had to complete a survey. I had the interview through Microsoft teams and it felt relaxed.
Two interview rounds after a number test assessment, followed by interview which is conducted by a existing sales account rep and if he or she thinks that you are fit for the job then you go to the second round of interview which will be conducted by the senior level sales department head and HR.
