I applied to the role and was contacted by the recruiter/TAC pretty soon afterwards. I had to complete so many assessments before, during and even after my in-person interview. In my opinion, there were way too many assessments that took up too much of my time. The assessments were relatively simple but I’m not sure they were all necessary. Investing my time to prepare, plan, and take time off work to interview was expected but I was not prepared for how much time it would end up taking. After coming onsite, I expected at the least to be informed in a timely manner on the status of my application. Anytime I wanted a status update, I would have to reach out to the TA team directly. They would state I’d hear back by X date and I would see nothing. Communication and commitment to the candidate experience was not good.
