Uline's interview process all starts with their assessment tests- Writing Sample, DISC Profile, Personality Test and Sales success assessment. If you are invited to interview, you must complete these assessments. I'd guess they put 90% of the weight on these assessments because the phone interview is pretty basic with standard questions. I'd love to see how they synthesize these disparate tests because they have nothing to do with one another. If their HR department was any good, they would put more weight on the human interaction to determine if an individual will be a good fit. They are definitely looking for a certain type of person. What that is, I cannot say. But they most definitely use the assessments to determine if a candidate move forward in the process or not.
