You are required to take 2 Wonderlic tests for only 4 mins to test your knowledge and how fast and accurate you are. They were easy for me but if your not good at paying attention to detail and matching numbers and recognizing patterns i wouldn't waste your time. They have no mercy. They hold a high standard and will not settle. I believe they interview the people who got the most correct and how far along you got on the test . The first interview was easy my interviewer was laid back and not intimidating basic questions why do you want to work here? What do you know about Uline? What culture do you want to work in? Tell me about your previous job anyways he was so cool yet professional i got into the second round
out of about 70 people only 6 got offered a second interview The manager told me a week prior they interviewed 100 people and only hired 15. The second interview was difficult i felt like he was trying to psychologically mess with my thought process he wasn't as friendly and welcoming as the other manager and the thing is all the other interviewers were i really believe i would have went onto round 3 had i had a different interviewee :( i only knew of round 3 because the lady next to me moved on Tips: Absolutely Dress to Impress Be Prepared Be Outgoing and Driven and i hope you have strong attention to detail Good Luck

You come in for an interview and the first step of the process is a numbers test that you will be times on. The numbers test is timed and tests your ability to manage number sequences and match numbers. There is not much of a way to study for this, but it plays a huge role in your hiring so do well.

Interview
The interview was simple. Was sent the paperwork via email. Brought in the paperwork. Took 2 easy assessments. Which I wasn't sure how it related to the job. Then had a 20min sit down with a Manager. She was nice. Told me about the company. Made it seem like I was a shoe in for the job because of my experience and attitude.
