I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Apr 2023
Interview
A very positive experience! The questions were nothing out of the ordinary and the hiring manager was very easy to talk to. Be prepared to talk about projects in your portfolio, and why you want to work for Uline.
The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. But still a very quick, corporate-like interview. The application was a bit tedious since it requires three different assessments that weren't really related to the position. Overall, I thought the interview went very well and I had met most, if not all requirements but received a generic, "we have decided to go with someone else" email a week after the interview.
