Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Whats one of your strengths and weaknesses
Very conservative company. Sales people do not make commission here. They will call you a ton to schedule interviews, and it's a pain in the neck to call the recruiters back.
Multiple phone calls and screening. 2 virtual interviews and a ride along with a sales rep in your area. Also make you do a drug test at the end of the process. A hair strand test, not for THC in California.
