After application submitted...have a brief phone screen with someone I believe from HR who then schedules a formal interview. Zoom interview with standard interview questions. Talks about the company, says you must wear a collared shirt and tie and absolutely no remote work. Explains there would be 3-4 more interviews if it goes well.

They have a standard testing process no matter whatever position you apply. They have a fantastic office. Looks like the HR is just interviewing and doing non-stop. It hurts when I see so many candidates dressed up and come for a serious interview thinking they can get one but it doesn't looks like they are serious to hire.

Interview
I was scheduled for my first phone screen with the ULine E-Com Director (hiring manager) on Wednesday. I waited for that call but there was apparently a mistake in communication between HR and the Director so I never received a call. I was eventually rescheduled for Friday. On Friday, waiting for a call; and waiting; and waiting. The director was a no show AGAIN as he apparently went home! Sounds like they have some serious issues with their meeting scheduling system and communication. A week later I finally met with the E-Com Director. He was arrogant and non-apologetic for blowing me off TWICE. Would I want to work for this company? Absolutely not! DECLINED!!!
