I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Several stages, and pointless assessments. They tested things like your ability to re-word a memos, and what kind of personality you have. Everyone was very friendly, but very weird. It was almost like I was applying for some type of cult. Glad I didn't end up working there.

Question 1
The position I was applying for apparently when closely hand in hand with Liz one of the owners. A lot of the questions were based on how well you can handle difficult people. They were straight forward about how tough she can be to deal with.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in May 2021
Interview
The first interview was with someone in HR via a Microsoft Teams video call. Overall, this was just basic questions about your résumé and was pretty easy. The next interview was going into the HQ building to interview with 3 people, 2 from the department this position is in and 1 from HR. Overall, I was very disappointed in my interview experience to the point where if I had gotten an offer, I would have rejected it. Both managers in the department had average attitudes and were a bit condescending. Also, they list this as a Marketing position but it is really a Procurement type of role. I bring this up as I was trying to highlight some previous marketing experience I had and was asked why I did not apply for a different department/position.

Interview
Interviewer never made eye contact and read all the questions from a script. She wrote down my answers and then I took a speed math quiz. Not a very personalized approach to new hires.

Interview
I thought it went well, just a few standard questions and then an activity to demonstrate some critical thinking abilities. Overall it wasn’t a hard interview but I didn’t think it was enough to get to know me as a candidate
