After a job fair, I interviewed with some Ulta representatives for 30 minutes. I was invited to their distribution center for second round interviews where I interviewed six people total. They split into teams of two people and each interview was roughly 30-45 minutes long.

phone interview with the GM and then a panel interview onsite. The GM interview went for about an hour and then the panel took about two hours. Had to wait for them to get started as they weren't ready for me, but then it went fairly smooth. We then went through and walked through the warehouse and was briefly described the processes.
